Title 19 of national building regulations was approved in 1991 and implemented then it was revised several times in the last of 2002.

IFCO Activities for Implementation of the Title 19

 
 
   
Preparation, compilation and implementation of laws, regulations, standards, guidelines and procedures: developing more than 130 standards
Support of new construction materials and thermal insulator (interest subsidy facilities ) producers : 35 Production Line of Building Materials
 Education (experts, engineers, technicians, workers): More than 7000 engineers, design training course to more than 5000 skilled workers
Grant assistance grants to implement the National Building Regulations title 19: Support cooperative projects and mass building constructors
Awareness and promotion: children and adolescents, youth, professionals involved, planners and decision makers
Energy laboratories development : more than 8 laboratories for building material tests
 Cooperation with other governmental companies for energy savings, NIOPDC, Municipalities in other cities

Not familiar with the effects of title 19
 Lack of familiarity and knowledge of supervisory engineers title 19 of national building regulations, supervision and architectural design
 Inconsistency in teaching courses about title 19 of national building regulations
